The Senior Research Fellow will lead objective and rigorous research on market-based school reforms nationwide. Responsibilities include managing large education data sets, conducting original research, and collaborating with our team and top education researchers. The ideal candidate will have:
A Ph.D. in economics, public policy, education, sociology, statistics, or a related field
Extensive training in causal inference methods
Experience managing large data sets and conducting peer-reviewed research
Proficiency in Stata for data management and analysis
Strong communication skills for presenting research findings
Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders

Scientific Research Analyst II
The Scientific Research Analyst II will support REACH and ERA-New Orleans by managing large panel data sets and assisting with quantitative research projects. Responsibilities include data analysis, project management, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in economics, sociology, statistics, education, public policy, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field
Proficiency in statistical software applications, especially Stata
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong research and data analysis abilities
Ability to work independently on complex tasks
